Have you ever wondered what it would be like to use hand tools such as a wood plan, saw and chisel like a craftsperson. Come join us for this hand-on one-day workshop and experience the joy of making your own Soft Wood Shelf with Corbelled Wooden Brackets.

This course is designed to take you from little or no experience to confident and capable with hand tools.


You will learn:

  • How to use hand tools such as planes, saws and drills properly. Including a bandsaw.
  • The essential woodworking tools and their safe use.
  • Drilling, planning and sanding your shelf.

All materials are included, along with refreshments and of course your take-home shelf.

No prior experience is required. Please bring a packed lunch with you. We have tea, coffee and biscuits.
