Bookings and Payments
All fees must be paid in full before the start date.
Cancellations and Transfers by Student
Cancelations within 7 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations and transfers before
7 days
must be requested in writing to info@cambridgewoodworkschool.co.uk and will be refunded or transfered.
Cancellations By Us
All courses and workshops must have a minimum of 4 students to run.
If there are less students we reserve the right to cancel the course up to 3 days before. This is because we sometimes get late bookings.
In this case we will offer you a full refund or transfer you to another course.
If payment has been made by Gift Voucher an extension will be offered to the date on the gift voucher.
Postponement by us
If a course is postponed for reasons such as staff illness or situations out of our control we will reschedule the course and let you know as soon as possible or offer a full refund.
Age
There is a minimum age of 16 for all workshops.
Allergens & Specific Needs
If you have a known allergy to a particular timber or a specific need please let us know at the time of booking and we will try to adapt the course you are attending to suit these needs if we can.
All requests for adaptations to courses to accommodate specific needs must be made to us by email and not less than 14 days prior to the start of a workshop. We do not accept responsibility for illness subject to allergens or specific needs in the event of non-disclosure.
